Course Overview: Tactical Trauma & Immediate Response

This course was developed in direct collaboration with Special Operations Forces (SoF) medics currently operating in high-threat environments. It’s designed to address one critical goal: equipping you with the skills and mindset to respond immediately and effectively to traumatic events in real-world scenarios.

Whether it’s a car crash, an active shooter, a suicide bombing, or a structural collapse—time is your most valuable resource. This course focuses on what to do in those first critical minutes. You’ll learn how to assess, prioritize, and act under pressure, using the tools already at your disposal.

We train from the bag—your IFAK, your truck bag, and the med bag—because that’s what you’ll have when it matters. We’ll cover not just what’s inside, but how, when, and why to use each item. Because survival isn’t just about having gear; it’s about making smart, fast decisions with what you’ve got.

You’ll train with our equipment, but we encourage you to bring your own medical kit. We’ll help you optimize it for your mission, your environment, and your unique needs.

This is not a check-the-box class. This is mission-critical training.

Bring clothes you don’t mind getting dirty or stained with fake blood. While we don’t intend on getting theatrically bloody there is a chance of your clothes being stained. Another option is a change of clothes for after.

Prerequisites: *No previous training or experience required.
